Monster Mash

We had such a fun Johnson party last night. It was to celebrate Jill's birthday for October and was a Monster party. We had dinner and everyone brought a monster activity to do. Zach and I did a spin on angry birds (like what we did in romania) but I painted monsters on the boxes instead of the birds. The sling shot was so strong, the tennis balls would go right through the boxes sometimes!

Willa had monsters everywhere inside and made a little monster pillow/stuffed toy for each of the kids.

Mandi and Greg had the kids make monsters out of loofas and other things (no pictures darn). They turned out so cute. 

Jill had us see who could wrap up a mummy with 2 rolls of toilet paper the fastest. Zach's team won. Jill's team only had Porter and Andrew wrapping her up so they should have been the real winners :)

Holli and Blake had the kids make monster cupcakes (no pics again darn).

Then the kids went on a ghost hunt outside. The men hid glow in the dark balloons with faces on them and the kids found them with their flashlights. So cute.

Bob told them a spooky goblin story in the dark toy room which was hilarious to watch. Andrew was so concerned and kept asking if we knew where the goblins lived. But no worries because the kids then all got 'monster spray!" They were squirt bottles with glow in the dark sparkly paint dried inside that would make all the monsters go away if you spray it. Such a fun night!
