House= SOLD

Add selling a home by myself to the list of things I'm most proud of! Check! Zach was out of town for a few week stretch and while he was gone, I prepped and cleaned the house for photographs, listed it on KSL and Facebook, did 3 showings, got 3 offers, and accepted one in less than 24 hours of posting it online. BOOM! We are so proud of our home and think it's pretty beautiful so we honestly weren't too surprised that it was that easy to find someone else who wanted to live in it it too :) We are so lucky that we were wanting to sell in such a sellers market right now. We were able to get more than we had hoped for and we feel super blessed we didn't have to pay any realty fees and were able to just do it on our own.

Things got a bit interesting with the original buyer and because of sad personal circumstances, they had to back out. But within the same phone call of learning that offer was falling through, that realtor gave us another one from a different client. So thankful it didn't have to be a stressful thing. We had all the month of May and a few weeks of June before officially closing. But now all is said and done. We closed on June 15th and the new homeowners are living in our first love of a home. More on the move in another future post but now pictures to remember her beauty. We love so much of this home and out time here. 

Jack just saw the computer screen and sighed "Oooh I love that home!!" and Eli chimed in and said "We want to live in that home. We miss that home!"
