Happy Birthday to Dad

Dad turned 49 on Monday! Having a birthday on Labor Day is pretty lucky if you ask me. Zach and I went Sunday night to party. This was Zach's first time since May going to my house. Fun to be back together! Some cousins/aunts/uncles came over to have Texas sheet cake and ice cream to celebrate. My mom's almond frosting was to die for.
Monday we went skeet shooting as a request by dad. My family is not a gun family but my dad and Zach did good! All the girls thought it hurt our shoulders too much and never hit a clay thing even once :( At least we tried. It was fun to try something different.

Then we went to lunch at a new restaurant in Farmington. None of us were very impressed but it was nice to go out. Then we took naps (yes all of us love our nap time), played Blokus, and watched cooking shows like Chopped and Master Chef. Happy Birthday Dad! We love you and how you make our family so fun :)

While at home Zach decided to have some 'fun' with the cat and put plastic bags on his all his paws. Here were the results..
