After General Conference, it was the start of my Spring Break! We kicked it off with a little trip to Springville to spend time with the Sorensen fam! Zach headed to the airport early that morning so we figured we might as make it a sleepover even though we weren't originally planning on that. So glad we did. Jack ready to get on the road!
Everyone slept on the drive and we started the fun at the library. Jack and Eli immediately found the superhero section and loved looking at spiderman and hulk books. No surprise.
Joelle got super fussy so I left to calm her outside and we walked to a cute little ice cream shop.
The cute old man who I assume is the owner of the store, gave the kids balloons and they wore them in their shirts on the walk back. Babies!
Played at a little park next to the library. Jamie asked the kids to do a train down the slide and Jack said "this is too dangerous" and refused.
Brent came home with doughnuts and was willing to watch the boys while the girls spent the night at Target.
First sleepover! So cute.
Breaking my girl in for her first Target trip and found the cutest swim suit I can't wait to have her wear this summer.
Jamie and I stayed up till almost 2:00am going through old memories on a secret Facebook page we used to have with each other. Because when snapchat and FaceTime weren't a thing, that's what we did...made videos and uploaded them for each other. Weirdos!! We recently had found out that SO many of the videos we used to post for each other were public. Yes. That's a nightmare. We were able to figure out the password to delete the account, but not after watching every. single. video first. SO embarrassing watching ourselves from college and early dating/marriage stages of our lives and I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time. Such a fun night!
Kierra is all about grabbing and Joelle sure doesn't seem to mind. These girls are to die for. Beyond cute!
Morning fun and dance party.
I just love how our families ended up matching so perfectly. It makes our time together so enjoyable to have our kids at ages that get along so nicely. We had the best time.
