Grandkid Christmas Party

Each year Zach's parents put together something fun to do with all their grandchildren. This year there were no parents allowed! The kids were all dropped off for a few hours of fun with Grandma and Grandpa (and Zach and I got to come help since we are childless :)

They played a Christmas version of 'Don't Eat Pete!' called 'Ho Ho Ho!'

They played musical Santa Hats!

Grandpa read them Christmas stories!

And....SANTA CAME!! The kids were just about to start playing ring around the rosies when we could start to hear bells ringing outside. And Santa just barged right into the living room! The kids were so surprised. Santa was so fun with them and knew all their names and what they had been up to during the year. He had personalized presents for each of them in his big red bag and lots of treats from his elves. They each got to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. They were all so mesmerized. It was so fun to watch!
Easton got stuff to build a boat and an airplane. He asked for a flat screen tv. hahaha

Hunter got some lego tools and was too shy to ask for anything :)

Faith got a Nutcracker snowglobe toy and asked for an American Girl doll.

Hannah got a Nutcracker toy as well and asked for a flat screen tv too!

Porter got a Thomas book and asked for 'Misty Island' of course.

Jonah got some balls and a hoop and wasn't shy of Santa at all once he saw those!

Andrew (who isn't too sure if Santa is scary or nice) got an orange submarine which he has been asking for! He was so brave and even sat on Santa's lap!

Meilee got some cute toys to chew on. She kept chewing on Santa's beard and it was so funny!

After Santa left they got to make Santa faces out of waffles, chocolate chips, cherries, and whip cream.

They had a blast and we did too. Thanks for letting us come help!
