Adventures in Banff pt.2

Wish Zach could have joined us for round 2 in Banff but he got to enjoy a long day knocking doors instead :( This time we took the long way to get to Banff. It took 4 hours instead of 1! But it provided new mountains to look at, new lakes to enjoy, and new dirt roads to explore. The first lake we stopped at had the most perfect bench to enjoy the view. And there were next to no people there! So peaceful. We walked around the whole lake because it was that small. Just lovely.

More pretty mountains along the drive and some mountain goats.

After getting into Banff we rode the gondola up to the top of Sulfur mountain. I think it's pretty safe to say these were the best views I've ever seen in my life.

Then ate at Tony Roma's, drove home, watched some Olympics, and waited for Zach to get home until 11:45pm. Poor Zach! He seriously deserves a trophy.
